What we collect, and what we don't

Who we are

Lana Sculpt Studio LLC operates this website and the studio at 2525 Camino Del Rio South, Suite 313, Room 3, San Diego, CA 92108. For any question about your data, call (858) 354-0717.

What this website collects

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of you.

• Fonts and images are served from this domain, so no third-party font or image provider receives your IP address.
• The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and those logs are held under Cloudflare's own retention policy. We add no logging of our own and do not analyse them.

What the studio collects

Booking a session involves more sensitive information than browsing the site does. Before your first appointment we take your name, contact details, and a health history covering the conditions that make these sessions unsafe. During a course we record measurements and, with your written agreement, progress photographs.

• Health information is collected only to decide whether it is safe to treat you.
• Photographs are kept private and are never published, shown to other clients, or used in marketing without separate written consent that you can withdraw.
• We do not sell, rent or share client information with anyone for marketing.

Client records are seen only by Lana. They are not shared with another practitioner, a marketing service, or any third party, and nobody else at the studio has access to them.

How long it is kept

Client records — health history and measurements — are kept for three years after your last session and then destroyed. Progress photographs are kept for as long as your consent stands and are destroyed as soon as you withdraw it. Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, and ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Call (858) 354-0717 and we will respond within 45 days, the period the California Consumer Privacy Act allows. You can withdraw consent for photographs at any time, and they will be destroyed.

Children

The studio does not treat anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
