Come in, or just ask first

Phoning is the way to reach the studio. One client is in the room at a time, so if nobody picks up, leave a message and it is returned the same day.

How to reach the studio

Your appointment

Before you arrive

How do I book an appointment?

Online, straight into the calendar — a first visit included. Press “Book your first visit”, pick a free time in the calendar that opens, and you get a confirmation straight away; there is no form to fill in and no waiting for a call back. Returning clients book single sessions and packages in the same calendar. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or being treated for a medical condition, call the studio before booking, because several conditions rule these sessions out and a few need a doctor’s clearance first.

Why can I not book a first visit online?

Because a first visit includes a consultation and a health screening, and neither works as a checkbox in a calendar. Endospheres Therapy is not suitable for everyone, and a studio that lets an unsuitable client pay first and find out afterwards is one you should not trust with a course of ten. The phone call takes a few minutes, costs nothing, and means that by the time you arrive it is already clear the treatment is right for you. Every appointment after that is self-booked.

What should I wear?

Come in whatever is comfortable. Disposable underwear is provided for body sessions, and you undress to the area being treated in private. For a facial session, arrive with a clean face and something to tie your hair back, or use what is in the room.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. The studio runs one client at a time, so a late cancellation is an hour that cannot be filled and cannot be offered to anyone else. If something urgent happens, call — the policy exists to protect the schedule, not to catch people out.
